After an initial consultation, we will provide you with a personalised offer and suggest suitable boats.
3. Booking
We will contact you to confirm your preferred date and the availability of the boat with a firm order confirmation.
4. Details
Four weeks before your event we will discuss the final details with you:
Catering (incl. drinks), boat route and other details
5. Enjoy your event

Good food and fine dining are our passion – seven days a week. Every day, we plan and organize creative catering solutions for your private or corporate events in Berlin and the surrounding area. We always go the extra mile for our guests: our Spree kitchen prepares all dishes fresh from the market in the Rummelsburger Bucht and uses only high-quality ingredients.
As part of Hauptstadtfloß, we see ourselves as experts in culinary experiences on and around the water, and we can fulfill your every culinary wish. After all, a celebration is only as good as its culinary accompaniment – and we offer you very special delicacies. In our catering catalog, you can choose from a wide variety of dishes and put together your own individual catering – whether finger food, buffet or sweet temptations from our in-house pastry chef.
Our trained service staff will ensure the appropriate presentation at your event and will anticipate your and your guests’ every wish. Of course, if you are not celebrating in one of our locations, we will also supply the necessary tableware. If you would like to celebrate at your home or at an event location that does not belong to Hauptstadtfloß, we can of course also deliver our catering to you.
Of course, we also offer vegetarian and vegan dishes and can cater to your individual wishes. Our experienced chefs are familiar with a wide range of food and work to the highest quality standards.
Ideally as soon as the date of your event is fixed, but at least two weeks in advance. If the Spreeküche is unable to process your request, you can book the catering through our partner Excellent Event
We deliver our catering in Berlin and the surrounding area as far as Brandenburg.
