How many people can I take with me from Spree boat rental?
The answer here depends on the houseboat you ultimately choose. The capital rafts 1 and 2 as well as Christel and Horst offer sufficient capacity for 35 people. The number of passengers on lounge raft 1 should not exceed 20 and on lounge raft 2 you can take up to 25 people on your little trip on the Spree to Müggelsee. Our lounge raft 3 has a maximum capacity of 24 people.
Do you offer cake or a pie?
As our service is also extremely popular with wedding parties, and a cake is often a must at a birthday party, our in-house caterer Spreeküche also specializes in cakes and gateaux. They will provide you with the wedding cake of your choice. If you are only organizing a small family celebration on the Spree and would like a few different types of cake, we can of course also provide you with these.
Is there enough time for swimming on the boat trips on the Spree?
The tour usually only lasts four hours, so there is not enough time to go swimming. However, if you would like to go for a swim, we can offer you that too. For example, we offer boat trips to Köpenick, where the water is just perfect for a dip.
When is it best to hire one of the boats?
Please enquire up to 12 days before the planned raft trip or your event. However, the rule here is: the earlier, the better. Especially at Christmas time and in the summer months, we are sometimes booked out quickly. It also depends on the nature of your event. Larger celebrations should always be planned a little further in advance.
