Rent
Our boats are rented exclusively with captain and service, so that you can enjoy your trip and celebration 100%. We have a minimum rental period of 3 hours per boat.
Experience unforgettable moments on the water – book your exclusive boat trip from Thursday to Sunday! Our ships are available for relaxed day trips from 10:00 to 17:00. For romantic evening cruises, we offer the opportunity to enjoy the magic of the night on the water from 6:30 pm to midnight. If the day cruise ends earlier, we can also start the evening cruise earlier on request.
Flexibility is important to us: Monday to Wednesday we are happy to adapt the sailing times to your individual wishes, provided there are no bookings. Take the opportunity to charter our ships according to your wishes and plan your dream trip.

Drinks
A minimum consumption at the bar per person and hour is required for each boat rental in the high season. In principle, additional drinks can be charged at the bar for each drinks package according to consumption.

Minimum consumption of drinks:
5,00€ net (5,95€ gross) x the number of persons x the hours you drive.
Example: 20 persons for a 3 hour drive = 20 persons x 3 hours x 5,00€ = 300,00€ net.
The drinks offered at the bar for consumption can be defined by you in advance.

Beverage packages
Basic drinks package:
€9.50 net (€11.31 gross) per person x hour
The basic drinks package includes soft drinks, sparkling wine, wine and beer.
Additional drinks such as long drinks and spirits can be purchased separately or collectively at the bar.
Basic Plus drinks package:
€11.50 net (€13.69 gross) per person x hour
Includes the basic drinks package incl. RedBull, better white & red wine and Cremant (instead of sparkling wine).
All-inclusive drinks package:
14.50€ net (17.26€ gross) per person x hour
Includes long drinks, selection of predefined cocktails and schnapps and can be booked additionally.
Long drinks, cocktails and schnapps are not included in the other packages, but can be charged according to consumption.

Through our catering partner Spreeküche, we offer you a selection of snacks, finger food, barbecues and buffets for your trip on our boats. The barbeque is grilled live for you on the boats.

How can I rent a boat?
You can easily hire the raft or boat of your choice via our contact form, by phone or by making an appointment with us on site.
Can I also combine two event locations?
Yes, for example, you can book a boat tour on our rafts during the day and celebrate in one of our fixed locations on the water in the evening. This way, your guests can come and go as they please without being “trapped” on the water. Depending on the size of your event, you can also hire several boats. Simply contact us, tell us about your requirements and we will be sure to find the right solution for you.
How far in advance should I book?
Please enquire up to 12 days before the planned raft trip or your event. However, the rule here is: the earlier, the better. Especially at Christmas time and in the summer months, we are sometimes booked out quickly. It also depends on the nature of your event. Larger celebrations should always be planned a little further in advance.
Does Hauptstadtfloß also offer catering?
Yes, in addition to our exclusive event locations, we also offer delicious catering. So that your guests on board also get their money’s worth in culinary terms. Of course, we can fulfill your every wish – from gluten-free to meat-free alternatives.
Are dogs allowed on the rented boat?
For the welfare of the animal, dogs are not allowed on board.
During what times of day can the boats/ships be used?
You can book our boats in two time slots. Either between 10:00 and 17:00 or between 18:30 and 0:30. In some cases, the events can be extended. However, the volume must be reduced after 10 pm.
Do I have to have a driver's license?
No, the rental price includes a boatman, a waiter for every 20/25 people, fuel costs and final cleaning, as well as a captain. So you can simply enjoy the trip and relax with delicious drinks, for example.
What happens in bad weather?
Our boats, rafts and ships have a protected and partially heated interior, so that trips are possible in almost any weather and comfort is guaranteed. Only in very rare cases can it be that the skipper’s professional assessment indicates that a trip would be too dangerous.
Where can I go by boat?
We usually offer a selection of 9 different tours, which we can also adapt according to your wishes. Some of the tours go as far as Charlottenburg, others to Köpenick, Grünau and Müggelsee. Not every boat is suitable for every route. Take a look at our tours or let us advise you.
