General information

The competition is organized by Hauptstadtfloß GmbH, Gustav-Holzmann-Straße 10, 10317 Berlin and will be announced on their official Instagram page as a post in the feed. The end of the competition is defined in the description of the post. Should there be any changes, these will be announced on the same social media platform on which the feed post was published.

Conditions of participation

All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the Federal Republic of Germany are eligible to participate. Participation is possible as soon as all requirements mentioned in the entry are met. Employees of Hauptstadtfloß GmbH are not eligible to participate.

Profit

The products mentioned in the article can be won in the form of a voucher. The winners will be selected at random and contacted by direct message no later than two weeks after the end of the competition as defined in the post. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Hauptstadtfloß GmbH is entitled to select a new winner at random. The prizes will then be sent by post or e-mail. Vouchers can then be redeemed at Hauptstadtfloß GmbH. The cash payment of prizes and an exchange are excluded.

Exclusion of participation

Any person who attempts to tamper with the results in any way will be disqualified without exception. Messages and comments that are inappropriate or violate any Instagram guidelines will be removed without notice. The creators of these messages and comments are excluded from the competition. If the entry of an already determined winner is deleted as a result, this entry is excluded from the competition and Hauptstadtfloß GmbH reserves the right to determine a new winner at random.

Subject to change

Hauptstadtfloß GmbH reserves the right to discontinue the competition temporarily or permanently at any time without giving reasons and without announcing the winners. Should this occur, no one will receive a prize.

Legal regulations

The competition is not directly connected to the social media platform Instagram and is therefore neither sponsored nor supported by them. The contact person for the competition is Hauptstadtfloß GmbH. By participating in the competition, participants agree to accept the terms and conditions and the data protection provisions of Hauptstadtfloß GmbH. At the same time, participants agree that their personal data may be stored and processed by Hauptstadtfloß GmbH for the purpose of running the competition, for advertising purposes and for sending offers and information. This consent can be revoked at any time by sending an email to info@hauptstadtfloss.de. Posts, such as comments and messages, on Instagram will remain in place and will continue to be publicly visible until they are deleted by the creator.
