Charter a raft, boat or ship from us in Berlin and enjoy exclusive celebrations in small or large groups. The Arcona ship is particularly suitable for city tours with around 20 people.
With the capital city rafts and lounge rafts, we offer relaxed tours for 8 to 35 people to Müggelsee , where swimming stops can be made on request.
Or hire one of our large boats if you are planning a celebration for up to 70 people. The floating location starts at the “Haus Zenner” landing stage (Treptower Park), sails past the old town of Köpenick and continues along the Müggelspree to the Großer Müggelsee.

Cast off for an exclusive Spree cruise on board our event ship Arcona. The former tugboat offers plenty of space for your event for up to 60 people. Whether as a relaxed space to linger or as a trendy party location: the newly converted interior can be transformed to suit your event in no time at all. We are happy to furnish the front deck with seating or bar tables according to your wishes. Simply take a seat at the bar counter and enjoy the cool drinks that our staff will prepare for you.

Nach einer ersten Absprache erstellen wir Ihnen ein individuelles Angebot und schlagen Ihnen passende Boote zur Miete in Berlin vor.
3. Boot oder Schiff buchen
Wir melden uns bei Ihnen um Ihren Wunschtermin, sowie die Verfügbarkeit des Boots zu bestätigen.
4. Finale Absprache
Vier Wochen vor Ihrem Event klären wir mit Ihnen die letzten Details: Servicepersonal, Catering (inkl. Getränke), Schiffsroute und sonstige Details.
5. Event genießen
Sobald der Tag Ihrer Veranstaltung gekommen ist, können Sie sich zurücklehnen und mit Ihren Gästen eine ausgelassene Feier genießen.

Boat trip with buffet
The desired date has been set and the boat has been hired? For an unforgettable event such as a wedding, a birthday or a business celebration, delicious food is of course a must. Thanks to our in-house caterer, the Spreeküche, we can provide you with the right catering. From finger food to a 3-course menu to a boat trip with buffet – at Hauptstadtfloß you will find the right thing for every occasion and every palate.
Technology and decoration on the ships
There is a music system on all boats and ships that you can use free of charge. You can connect your smartphone, tablet or laptop via a jack cable or Bluetooth to play your music. If you do not bring your own music, we will play our playlists. Our system is calibrated, as we have to adhere to the volume regulations – we have to turn the volume down from 10 p.m. onwards. Nevertheless, the music is loud enough for partying, don’t worry.
Any external technology that is brought along must be discussed with us in advance. Unfortunately, megaphones and additional amplifiers are not permitted.
The boats are rented out without themed decoration as standard. However, we are happy to accommodate individual requests, i.e. you can book tablecloths and decorative flower arrangements separately. Thematic decoration must be brought from your own repertoire.
Of course, if you book catering, the buffet area is covered.
Barrier-free ships and moorings
On Lounge Raft I and II as well as on Capital City Raft II, the space allows you to move around on the main deck (lower deck) at ground level. However, assistance is required to access the toilets. From the barrier-free landing stage at the Klipper (at Treptower Park) we offer round trips through Berlin as well as to Müggelsee.

How can I hire a boat?
You can easily hire the raft or boat of your choice via our contact form, by phone or by making an appointment with us on site.
Can I also combine two event locations?
Yes, for example, you can book a boat tour on our rafts during the day and celebrate in one of our fixed locations on the water in the evening. This way, your guests can come and go as they please without being “trapped” on the water. Depending on the size of your event, you can also hire several boats. Simply contact us, tell us about your requirements and we will be sure to find the right solution for you.
How far in advance should I book?
Please enquire up to 12 days before the planned raft trip or your event. However, the rule here is: the earlier, the better. Especially at Christmas time and in the summer months, we are sometimes fully booked very quickly. It also depends on the nature of your event. Larger celebrations should always be planned a little further in advance.
Does Hauptstadtfloß also offer catering?
Yes, in addition to our exclusive event locations, we also offer delicious catering. So that your guests on board also get their money’s worth in culinary terms. Of course, we can fulfill your every wish – from gluten-free to meat-free alternatives.
Are dogs allowed on the rented boat?
For the welfare of the animal, dogs are not allowed on board.
During what times of day can the boats/ships be used?
You can book our boats in two time slots. Either between 10:00 and 17:00 or between 18:30 and 0:30. In some cases, the events can be extended. However, the volume must be reduced after 10 pm.
What happens in bad weather?
Our boats, rafts and ships have a protected and partially heated interior, so that trips are possible in almost any weather and comfort is guaranteed. Only in very rare cases can it be that the skipper’s professional assessment indicates that a trip would be too dangerous.
