How easy it is to book your event location in Berlin

You can reach us via our contact form, by phone or in person on site. We are at your disposal for all your questions.

After an initial consultation, we will make you an individual offer and suggest suitable boats for hire in Berlin.
3. book a boat or ship
We will contact you to confirm your preferred date and the availability of the boat.
4. final agreement
Four weeks before your event, we will clarify the final details with you: service staff, catering (incl. drinks), boat route and other details.
5. enjoy the event
As soon as the day of your event arrives, you can sit back and enjoy an exuberant celebration with your guests.

Our catering team from the Spreeküche provides the appropriate boat catering. They work for us seven days a week and conjure up the most delicious creations of the highest quality.
As a special highlight, our Spree chefs even cook live on site. From German seafood to exotic specialties, we offer you a wide range of dishes. And of course our meatless friends will not miss out either.

How long in advance should I book my event location?
Please enquire up to 12 days before the planned raft trip or your event. However, the rule here is: the earlier, the better. Especially at Christmas time and in the summer months, we are sometimes fully booked very quickly. It also depends on the nature of your event. Larger celebrations should always be planned a little further in advance.
Can I combine several event locations?
Of course, you can also combine several of our venues. During the day, for example, you can celebrate on one of our ships, and in the evening you can go to our fixed location. Just let us know what you want and we will work out the right concept for you.
How many people can your event locations accommodate?
It all depends on the location you choose for your event. There is room for 35 passengers on each of the capital rafts. For more intimate gatherings and trips, the lounge raft 1 and lounge raft 2 are perfectly adequate. The former can accommodate 20 people, while the latter can take up to 25 people. Most wedding guests can be accommodated on our Dock 10. Here you can dance the night away with up to 150 guests.
How do I book catering?
As we have our own catering company, Spreeküche, we can prepare a quote for you as soon as you send us an inquiry. However, you can also think about it a little longer, as long as you book catering up to two weeks before your event.
