Welcome aboard the Hauptstadtfloß fleet! Our newest member, our event ship, which was built in 1982 in the renowned yacht shipyard Berlin, will shine in new splendor from 01.06.2024. Lovingly restored, it now reveals completely new nuances of its unique shipbuilding art.
As your very special retreat for unforgettable moments and relaxing hours, we warmly welcome you on board the event ship!
Whether you are planning a wedding, a birthday, a company party, a conference or simply looking for a break from everyday life – here you will find the perfect place to relax and feel good. The lower deck of the event ship offers you unparalleled comfort in both warm and cold temperatures with its modern and elegant furnishings.
With space for up to 45 people in the large salon and an additional 15 seats in the small salon with panoramic views at the front, even larger groups can be comfortably accommodated. Enjoy your event in a stylish and comfortable ambience with a total of 60 seats inside.
But that’s not all! Our event ship offers space for up to 40 people on the upper deck, who can relax in the open air with a breathtaking view of the surrounding water. Treat your guests to a cocktail reception, a dinner under the stars or an unforgettable celebration in an exclusive atmosphere.
We recommend a maximum capacity of 70 people in total. Thanks to our flexible room design and the large number of seats both inside and on the upper deck, we can meet your individual needs perfectly and offer you and your guests an unforgettable experience.

Our routes with the event ship
With us, you are the captain, because you decide where to go. There are 14 routes to choose from. Whether with the small or large city tour through the city or a bathing trip out to Müggelsee or the large lake tour; discover Little Venice, a romantic district on the Havel, or explore Lake Tegel. There is so much to see, the choice is yours. It’s beautiful everywhere, and from the water you get a completely different perspective. Not all boats can sail all routes*, our event office will be happy to advise you. Various moorings are possible throughout the city, the Oberbaumbrücke is our main mooring point. You can take a closer look at the respective route in our navigation. The first name indicates the landing stage.
The booking process at Hauptstadtfloß

After an initial consultation, we will make you an individual offer and suggest suitable boats for hire in Berlin.
3. book a boat or ship
We will contact you to confirm your preferred date and the availability of the boat.
4. final agreement
Four weeks before your event, we will clarify the final details with you: service staff, catering (incl. drinks), boat route and other details.
5. enjoy the event
As soon as the day of your event arrives, you can sit back and enjoy an exuberant celebration with your guests.
